My fee is $150 for an hour-long session. Payment is due at time of appointment. I take multiple forms of payment including: cash, check, Venmo or credit card.
I do not take insurance, but am more than willing to write up a receipt for services that you can submit to your provider. However, due to state regulations I am not able to provide any diagnosis codes (ICD9 or CPT) for your insurance provider.
I have a 24-hour cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the scheduled appointment, please let me know 24 hours in advance to reschedule and avoid appointment charge of $150.
